    I bought this pump about 2 weeks ago, through a recommendation. Yes, I’ll admit it at first the price did put me off, but after sitting down with my partner whilst pumping with my cheap noisy handheld pump, we decided enough was enough!! I can honestly say that it was the best thing I ever did, I am no longer stuck to the sofa and I can pump whilst I am out and about as well, in the car, supermarket, shopping centre … even on the toilet!!! So thank you Elvie, for giving me my life back!!

    I have had my pump for 3 weeks. It has been great for work and especially to use at my kids sports activities! It’s so quiet that no one even knows that I’m pumping. I did have one hub start making a high pitched noise, but I was able to email Elvie and they sent me a replacement hub. They have great customer service. I am an over producer so I wish that they would come out with a bigger bottle for it but over all I love it!

    I’ve had this for a couple weeks now and it really is amazing! It takes practice to get the flange in position but doesn’t take too long to get that down. It’s suction is not as strong as my spectra s2 but I never used it at the highest setting so that isn’t a problem for me. I tend to have to do a breast massage most of the time either at the beginning or end of my pumping session to either get the milk flowing or empty the breast. I do wear a simple wishes hands free breastpump bra during my sessions and that helps to keep the Elvie in position when I’m doing the breast massage. I had to do that with my spectra s2 on occasion as well though. If I lean forward or back to much I’ve noticed that it’ll leak so I’m aware of my position when wearing the Elvie but I can still move/walk around and that makes pumping much less of a chore. while the pump itself is great the app could use a little work. If I power down the breast pump with out hitting “finish” on the app first, the app won’t log the session. The milk volume the app reads differs from the actual output most of the time, either reading more or less than what is in the bottle. The pumps charge quickly and get 3 20-30min pump sessions before having to recharge. I bought a double usb wall plug so I can charge them at the same time. I have not yet had an issue with the pump parts not working properly but hopefully in the future replacement parts will become more affordable as you do have to replace the parts overtime like with any breast pump. Overall amazing product!

    I was afraid of low yield based on prior lactation experiences. So I thought my Spectra would be my main pump and thought I would just try out the Elvie for occasional use…maybe. Imagine my surprise to find that the Elvie is AWESOME and I LOVE it. Great yield, extremely convenient and has just made pumping stress-free like never before.I adore my Elvie.

    I’m a teacher who recently started a low carb diet and was concerned about a drop in supply. I purchased the Elvie to allow me to pump more frequently to keep my supply up. I love that it charges quickly and the parts are simple to clean. It took a few days for my body to adjust but I now pump just as much, some days more, than I did with my trusty lansinoh. It’s discreet enough and takes some bra trial and error. Highly recommended.

    I bought this pump when I found out I had a long commute (1 hour) to work. I literally pump on my ways to and from work, which is amazing. I had previously gotten a Spectra through insurance, but decided to spend the money out of pocket to get the Elvie. This was because pumping became such an ordeal. I was stuck in one place, very limited in what I could do, and felt kinda helpless/useless while sitting around pumping. Many times by the time I could start pumping the baby would almost be ready to eat again, so what was the point? Now with the Elvie I can pop it in after I feed him and get the residual ounces while still doing things with him. I also have the luxury of pumping in unconventional places (like the highway!)

    I got my Elvie at the end of my leave so I could pump when I returned to work. My first pumping session I got 7 1/2 ounces and I was hooked. It’s very gentle yet able to get more than I ever got with my medela pump. Each day go go home to my baby with almost 20 ounces of pumped milk. Very happy with my Elvie!

    This pump has saved me plenty of times. I am a nurse, and it allows me to NOT take multiple breaks during the day while I work. My coworkers and patients haven’t noticed it! I just wear baggy scrub tops and jacket so it will not be noticeable. It has helped me on car trips too. I am able to charge it in my car usb in fact!

    I had only one time where it leaked but that was because I was not paying attention to how much had come out. The more frequent I use it at work the less likely it is to leak.

    My only issue is the lights on it . If in a darker lit place it will show up and be very noticeable to others in the room. I recommend they change that in the future.

    Pumping with Elvie has been a huge time saver! As a physician and busy working mom, it has made my return to work after maternity leave so much easier. I can easily pump during my commute or while doing chores around the house. It is extremely quiet and convenient- highly recommend it!
