Rating It works as described and feels much better than the other style pumps. I've been using the Medela Pump In Style and it was pulling too much. There's no friction with the Simplisse. I haven't used it enough yet to compare milk volume. I found it louder than the Medela, and louder than I'd like -- not vacuum cleaner loud, but enough to have to speak louder and turn up the volume on music/tv.

Very gentle, not super practicalReview by Megan
Rating I received this pump as a gift and I was very excited about using it. However, after a couple of months it just became a chore to take the bazillion pieces apart, clean them and re-assemble after every pumping session.
If you only pump a couple times a week and want a very comfortable, gentle pump, this will be PERFECT for you. But, if you will be pumping 3-5 times a day at work and need something quick and easy to use, look elsewhere.
