Rating I have tried various disposable pads (Medela, Lanolin) and cotton pads and these are by far the best. When I opened the box, I actually chuckled because they are so thin and flimsy. I figured I wasted my money. I soak through cotton pads entirely and find many of the disposable pads itchy and irritating. These pads are thin and hardly noticeable, yet manage to contain the milk I leak (which is a lot).

Rating I love the rubbery back that makes them stay in place, unlike the ones with the sticky strip. I find they last longer than the others I've tried. A plus, they are thin and you can't see them through your bra!!!
