Rating I am currently nursing our second child and will only use these nursing pads. With our first child I tried many many different kinds (gerber, medela, lansinoh, evenflo...) trying to find one that felt comfortable while offering the best leak protection. The Evenflo Comfort Select pads were the ONLY nursing pads that didn't leak- absorbancy was awesome with these pads, which is a must for me.They were also the only ones that were concealed enough under clothing to not show an obvious circle! No mom wants her clothing to scream "yes, I nurse my baby!" Extremely comfortable and soothing to sore nipples too!
I do find them to be a little pricey as far as nursing pads go, but well worth the money!

Rating I've tried several varieties now. I love that these come packaged in pairs so I don't have to worry about only having one when I'm on the go. And they don't slip around and are very comfortable. They are one of the only brands that I've tried that I completely forget they are there and have even occasionally had to double check I didn't forget them in an underslept new Mom moment.
I've never had any issues with one falling apart or appearing to threaten to do so, and actually found them to work really well in some situations where I really, really needed them to work! Including being stuck flying and not being able to pump for almost 12 hours, then tripping and hitting my chest on the seat in front of me as I tried to exit the plane.
