Rating With my first child I sterilzed by the old method of boiling water in a pot! Which as you know can be VERY time consuming, especially if you have a lot to sterilize!
I am very happy with this product! It is simple and fast! There are two levels to this sterilizer. The bottom level is open and can fit large & tall items (bigger than 9oz bottles), the top level is open and fits smaller things like nipples, bottle toppers, pumping shields...The two levels are interchangable. If you have a small load, use the small container. If you have a large load use the larger one or both of them. I use distilled water so I dont have to de-scale all the time.
I sterilize everything from my breast pumping equipment, bottles, straws, cups, pacifiers...EVERYTHING!
I have not found one thing wrong with it. I wish I would have had this with my first kiddo! I will keep this around until I am done having kids!

Rating I like this product very much. It is very practical and saves time since I don't have to go to the kitchen to sterilize the bottles and can concentrate everything in my daughter's bathroom. The only flaw is that the bottles do not dry, rather they remain moist, wet even. This makes me somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that, the sterilizer is wonderful.

Rating This is the best sterilizer, easy to use and sterilizes in 6 minutes. I also use it to sterilize toys and things I know my baby will end up putting in her mouth.

Hard to fit Dr. Brown's bottlesReview by minibus
Rating We bought this sterilizer because it was the only one that wasn't a microwave one from a company with a higher end reputation. It works well and quickly, but it doesn't fit Dr. Brown's bottles very well. (It's made to fit 6 bottles and then has a tray for bottle parts, but with the Dr. Brown's 8 oz polypropelene, you can only fit maybe 4 at max, because you have to lean them over and then find places in the sterilizer to put other parts. Thus, I run it more often because I generally only have 2-3 bottles at a time in there. You also have to hand-dry the bottles afterwards, because they are all steamy. Overall, though, does a good job and I would buy this again
