Rating I have had two babies and I was told about the Belly Bandit by numerous people so I figured I'd try it after my last. Honestly the best decision I've made. After my first it took me 9 months to shrink back down, I got this a week ago and I no one can believe I've had a baby ALREADY!!
I am giving this as a baby shower gift from here on out.

Rating I felt compelled to write a review, even though I usually don't, since there were so many negative reviews of this product. I originally purchased the bamboo, material was nice and soft however it was too long on my torso. It was okay when I was standing but sitting was impossible, it would dig into the bottom of my boobs and hips. The BFF on the other hand yes is a bit shorter but for this reason is easiest to wear and sit with for shorter women, I'm 5'2". The medium size BFF was great postpartum and now my stomach has flattened so much that I need to get the small, bummer about the extra expense but I'm ecstatic about my flatter tummy. Along with some bio oil, my saggy skin and stretch marks are nearly gone! An added huge plus of the BFF are the dual velcro panels, you can cinch your lower belly tighter than your upper belly since that's where you need the most help postpartum. The regular bandits (bamboo and other) have only one Velcro closure which seemed awkward for me. If I cinched the closure as tight as possible for my lower belly I was left with not enough tightness in my upper belly since this area of my body was flatter. This left a big gap between the band and my upper belly. I also want to point out that the BFF is very comfortable, I wear it directly on my belly and don't feel any of the seams at all as one reviewer was afraid might be the case. The material is just as soft as the bamboo if not slightly softer. It does show under tighter tops but that's the case with any band, it doesn't show under looser tops. For shorter women I recommend this product. By the way, I didn't start wearing it until 6 weeks postpartum since my doc recommended I wait for my c-section incision to heal and yet I've still had great results with it, I'm now 8 weeks postpartum.
