Rating After a lot of research, it was obvious that this breast pump is the best manual breast pump on the market. It holds a simple technology that only this pump has.
It's fast, efficient, and extremely cost effective at one of the lowest priced pumps available. First Years is a great brand, and on top of that they add the extras of to 5 oz bottles with two sealing caps to store breast milk, which by the way, does not leak. :)) Don't waste your time or money on other breast pumps; this is the one for you!!!

Rating This pump is ideal. I was able to retrieve more milk with this pump than any other automatic or manual pump that I have tried. It is so much more convenient to use a manual pump, as you are not tied down to a chair by hoses. You can use this one with one hand while you're walking around the house, unloading the dishwasher, or whatever. It's small enough to fit in your diaper bag or purse if you are out. It's adjustable so you can have a little or a lot of suction.

Rating the only thing that I have a problem with, is that the valve inside that makes the suction when that rips you have to prity much throw it away cause it is soo hard to find these valves. mine came with 2 but one was broken from the start, the other one ripped when i was washing the inside of it. If there was an easier way to find these valves, I would say that the form of this product is good for a 1st timer mom and an on the go mom. I have used it with all of the kids (3) and don't have to worry about waking my entire family up with the electric one that I have.

Easy to use but can't use other bottlesReview by Alli K.
Rating When it came to choosing a pump I wanted something that would be both easy to use and inexpensive. I went with this pump because it fit that description. Although I am able to comfortably pump milk and am able to easily use the pump I have come to learn that it is not cleaned as easily. It takes me quite a bit of time to take it apart clean the parts and put it all back together. Also, I was unhappy to discover that I cannot screw on any of my other bottles to this pump so I always have to pour my milk into another bottle when I’m finished.
