Rating After I had my baby I was given a nipple shield because of my flat nipples. I didn't want to have to use it because it was a pain in the behind so I tried the Latch Assist. It works SO well, just have your baby ready to latch right on once you pull the latch assist off because your nipple doesn't stay pulled out long on its own!
