LOVE, Great PumpReview by Colette
Rating Wonderful pump, sounds like a great new company. I love that it is a domestic manufacturer. I love that you can donate, sell, or share the pump with only a small additional accessory pack. I love the variable speed and variable suction controls.
The only caveat here is that it should be written on the outside of the package, or obvious when you open the box... DO NOT WASH ALL CONTENTS PRIOR TO USE! If you are like me, I had not previously used a breast pump. I had no knowledge of what I was getting into. As the new (then) mother-to-be, I thought it my responsibility to first wash everything that would come into contact with my little bundle of joy. Certain components of this pump's accessory pack should not be submerged. The hoses and filters, namely. I was unaware, but the filters are little circular bits with plugs on them, about the diameter of a quarter. You will find two filters in the pack. Do not wash them; per the instructions... page 8 (I think).
Beyond the fact that I immediately had to order new parts for this precious pump, I would have to say it is simply wonderful! They did a great job engineering it. The 'kit' comes with everything you need, as well. I have heard friends complain about their pumps that they paid only slightly less for. If you are on the bubble, go Hygeia, you won't be disappointed.

Okay at First, Squealing, squeaking, and making other funny noisesReview by Becky
Rating The pump was okay at first. It did the job. I was excited to have a recyclable pump. Now that I have had the pump for 5 months the noise just about drives me crazy. It gets louder and squeakier as time goes on. I also hate the play record buttons on the front. They constantly get pressed when I walk down the hall at work, in the car, and any other random place I have the pump. I would not buy this pump again, and I will likely need to buy a replacement pump for this one.

What an upgrade!Review by Megan
Rating I originally had the Simplisse Double Electric Pump, which I liked but it had SO many pieces, it was clear that using several times a day at the office just wasn't going to work. I did some research and came across the Hygeia EnJoye. Even though I've only had the pump for a short time, I absolutely LOVE it! It is comfortable, easy to use, put together and clean. I like the rechargeable battery function of the LBI version. It will be great for some upcoming weddings and afternoons at football games.
A few small minuses that lowered my rating to 4 stars: 1) The price: it's pretty hefty, but worth it if you can afford it. If not, try one of the other versions of this pump. 2) You have to really keep the flanges in contact with BOTH breasts. IF one slips off or tilts, the other will lose suction as well. 3) The C.A.R.E feature is nice, but it is very loud and it's too easy to press the buttons accidentally.

Pump is great, but accessories were a hassleReview by New mom
Rating I bought this pump after careful consideration. I love the rechargeable battery. It gives me mobility around the house. I had trouble with my accessories. Customer service was no help because accessories aren't under warranty. I had to purchase additional personal accessories. The bags that come with the nicer kits smell awful. I have had my pump for six weeks and I still can't use the tote. I think the pump is great, but the company needs to work on the rest. Customer service was also super annoying. I had like 3 phone calls back and forth with the customer service representative who kept calling me to tell me they could pretty much do the same thing she told me initially--ship me new tubing for $25 because that would cover shipping. I just ordered a second personal accessory pack for $35,and it seems to work fine.

5 STARS!!!Review by ElisabethG.
Rating I have loved this pump. I have used it since I got home from the hospital and my daughter is now 10 weeks old. The only other pump I have experience with is the Medela Symphony in the hospital. I found the 3 minute letdown feature annoying on it. The Hygeia Enjoye jumps right in just like the baby and works well. It pumped better for me than the Symphony did in the hospital. I have never had any complications with it and use it daily, sometimes multiple times. I understand the reason for the baby recording button, however, I find it silly and annoying since I seem to hit it by accident. I have not had issues with pumping so it may be useful if you do. I would recommend this pump to anyone and love that it is more green and can safely be reused by others. Nothing has broke or worn out. I could think of a few improvements like the ability to pump into storage bags, etc, however, for the price and quality I give it 5 bright stars.

Great PumpReview by Tay-Tay
Rating I love this pump- so far it has worked wonderful for me. I've been pumping exclusively for the past 5 months and found it was nearly seemless to go from using the hospital pump to this one. The one thing I LOVE about it is that it fits all of Medela's products. I am a super pumper ( I get around 16 oz's per pump 8 a breast) so I need a larger container to collect and find that Medela's products to collect are much better for me to use and work with this pump.

Would recommend to friends and familyReview by Mandy
Rating I recently purchased the new Hygeia EnJoye-LBI to replace my Medela Pump-In-Style and I love it! I started out with the Medela Pump which I found to be loud and uncomfortable. I have found a much better pump in the Hygeia system.
I began using the Hygeia pump upon the advice of a lactation consultant and it has a lot of wonderful features that have made my life much easier. I am fortunate enough to have a great supply and a quick letdown but for those of you that don't, I think this pump is a much better choice than the other brands/models. I like that the Hygeia pump allows you to self-adjust the speed and strength of suction and also has single and double pumping capability. On the Medela pump, I had to turn the dial all the way to highest setting when double pumping and I still felt that it wasn't enough and so I had to pump one side at a time. I set the Hygeia pump just higher than average and it's a perfect fit for me. I also enjoy being able to slow down the suction speed after my letdown which is usually within the first 30 seconds of pumping. This mimics the way the baby feeds.
The other nice features for mothers who have a slower letdown is the customizable CARE button that allows you to record your babies cry to stimulate your letdown which I imagine is a great feature if you're pumping at work or with other kids running around and you don't have much time. The device is also very quiet- much quieter than the Medela pump. I am able to pump in the middle of the night without waking up my husband. Additionally, I love that all of the plastic is BPA/DEHP free and that you are able to recycle the unit. In addition it is a "Green Pump" in that it can be shared between mothers with their own personal accessory kit. This is a great feature if you plan on lending it to a sister or friend in between pregnancies or if you plan on selling it after you're done. This pump also meets the WHO standards which the Medela does not.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and wanted to spread the word! Breastfeeding can be a huge challenge and the Hygeia pump makes it a much easier experience.

Comfortable pumping for a working momReview by Kellie
Rating The EnJoye has allowed me to continue providing my son with breastmilk even though I have returned to work full-time. I have been able to comfortably pump since I started and I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I can adjust the suction strength and pump speed separately. After a few pumping sessions, I was able to determine the best combo of speed and suction for my milk output. All of the parts seem to be really good quality. No flimsy plastics. I find that it is fairly simple to connect the tubing to the pump motor, which is a plus for me because I remove them when I pack up my pump for the day and have to reattach them the next day.

I enjoy the EnJoye!Review by Haley G.
Rating Prior to buying the Hygeia EnJoye, I had a Medela Pump in Style Advanced that I used when I pumped for my first two children. Now that I’ve had my third child, I decided to branch out and try a new pump.
So far I really like the EnJoye. I find that it is quieter and quicker than my Pump in Style. I have not used the recording feature, since I haven’t experienced any problems with let-down. The other day I discovered that I could attach my older Medela flanges to the EnJoye. This has helped to provide me with an extra collection kit so that I don’t have to wash so many parts each day. I highly recommend this pump to any mom.
