Rating I got this band in hopes of shrinking my tummy after my third child. The sizing seems a bit difficult to me. I was a size 12 pants prior to pregnancy, gained 24 lbs and had lost all 24 in the first week. I bought a size Medium and it fits perfectly. It does work to help shrink your belly, but I had problems with it folding over and scrunching up in the middle. It does not wear well under clothes as you can see where the band over laps and velcros. I only wore it a few hours a day and was back into my prepregnancy pants 2 weeks after delivery, faster than with my other pregnancies.

Rating Bought this following the sizing recommendations, it was almost too large for me after only 5 or 6 days. So I guess it really did help my belly shrink back down, but it could be more adjustable. It worked well, but it's not the best for short waisted or petite women as it bunches up around the waist area. Even if you pull it down lower as suggested by the manufacturer, it just rides up when you bend over or sit down. Still it did help smooth things out and it really supported my weak abdominal muscles.
