Rating I had purchased a medium belt prior to delivery but discovered it was too big soon after I had my son. I therefore bought a smaller size. I have been faithfully wearing the band day and night and am now 5 weeks post-partum and the results are not what I have seen advertised. I personally think that the band was a better back support than it was an abdominal binder. I am not sure the compressions were as effective in reducing my abs as the ads suggested. But then again, everyone is different and my results could be on the other end of the spectrum. I would highly recommend people consider getting a smaller size when buying one as I think these run bigger and for over $60 each might as well get a belt you will use for a longer period of time.
