Hi, I just wanted to let the lady above and anyone else interested to know that Bailey Medical does offer a car adapter for the pump on their website, which was of great importance to me. I just ordered this pump and I can't wait to start using it, I haven't read any bad reviews.

This has worked great for me. I have been pumping since my sons birth and this has worked just as well as the one in the hospital. It is less convenient since you use your finger for the suction but it is more cost effective. Do not use it until your milk has come in(that hurts I tried it you can use the medela before your milk comes in). I really have liked it. It has been almost three months.

I really like using this pump. I do not pump very often, but when I do the Nurture has always helped me to express milk very quickly. I particularly like that I control the pump cycle speed because I can manipulate how the pump works if I need to pump more quickly. I also like the fact that the motor is very small and lightweight. It does not take up much space so I can easily tuck it away until I need to use it.

I began looking for a breast pump before my daughter was born. I considered buying a Medela, but the recommended model was quite expensive. The Nurture III was half the price. I am so glad that I gave this pump a chance because as always been able to successfully pump with the Nurture III. The manually controlled cycling gives me the ability to pump efficiently even when I am rushed or pumping at a time other than my normal schedule. With this pump, I am always able to pump in 20 minutes or less, and the suction works well enough for me to pump both breasts at the same time.

I find that the setup can be a little tricky if I use collection bottles other than the ones that come with the pump. I usually have to fiddle around with the bottles to make sure they are screwed on right, if not it can affect the pump suction. I typically use at least one Bailey bottle and have few problems with the pump.

I really liked this pump because it is small, lightweight and it had an affordable price. I was so overwhelmed when I started looking for a pump because there were so many options and some of them were quite expensive. I think that this pump is a good option for moms who need a good pump, but don't want to spend a lot of money. I have always been able to pump fairly quickly with this pump, but it does take a little time to adjust to the manual cyclling. After using the pump for about a week I got the hang of it and was able to pump more milk in less time. For me it was a bit tricky until I figured out a cycling rhythm that I was comfortable with. If pumping is difficult for the first couple of times don't give up. Keep trying. It will get better. Just remember that you are doing what is best for your child.

Although I really like this pump, I only gave it 3 stars because it doesn't offer any other power options - batteries, car adapter.
