Rating I've tried most of the nursing pads on the market during the first 2 months after my son was born, and the Avent Ultra Comfort are the only ones that work for me. It's true that they aren't very discreet and that might be more of a problem for me but I work from home so I don't have to dress up that often! They are the ONLY pads that hold my milk...if you leak a lot, these are the BEST. I thought after this much time and being down to only nursing twice a day that I wouldn't need as much protection, but... I do.
