While many mothers are able to pump successfully with standard breast flanges, others will increase in comfort and efficiency when a custom flange is used especially if they experience painful pumping at low suction levels or are not expressing as much milk as they should be.

Ameda’s custom flanges offer two sizes to ensure that each mother receives the best fit possible. When using the flange alone the nipple tunnel measures 30.5 mm nipple tunnel, by placing the included insert into the flange the tunnel diameter is reduced to 28.5 mm.

These custom flanges work well with all Ameda Purely Yours breast pumps and the One-hand Manual as well as all the standard HygieniKit parts.
